The product

Orun is software that creates fictional and symbolic text for entertainment and self-reflection. The guides are fictional AI characters, not real astrologers, psychics, therapists or other professionals. Astrology and tarot themes remain part of the experience and are not scientifically validated assessments or predictions.

Generated text is optional creative material. It may contain errors or unsuitable suggestions. It does not establish another person's feelings, future events, compatibility, diagnoses, financial outcomes or an appropriate time for a consequential decision. Orun does not promise accuracy, luck or any real-world outcome.

Using the service

Only submit information you are entitled to share. Avoid sensitive health, financial, identification or third-party personal information. Do not use the service for illegal content, harassment, impersonation, professional advice or urgent safety decisions. The service is intended for users able to enter into a purchase contract in their location.

Purchases and delivery

A plan is a one-time purchase of the digital text generations described on the Pricing page and at checkout. It does not renew automatically. Unlocked generations belong to the guide or guides in that plan. A generation is used only when a full result is successfully written; a failed generation restores its credit. Opening an already saved full result does not use another generation.

Checkout prices, taxes and currency are shown before payment. The current integration uses Dodo Payments. The reseller or merchant of record identified on the actual checkout handles payment processing and payment-specific terms. Orun must verify the payment before granting access.

Browser-based access

There is no account login. A guest identifier and token stored in your browser control access to saved results and unused generations. The current token expires after 400 days. Clearing browser storage or switching browsers can remove automatic access. Automatic account recovery and cross-device synchronization are not provided. Keep your receipt; contact hello@orun.live if a purchase is inaccessible. Support will need to verify ownership and cannot promise automatic recovery.

Refunds and your rights

The Refund Policy describes requests for duplicate charges, failed delivery, materially incorrect delivery and unused purchases. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms. Any merchant-of-record rights or obligations applicable to your payment also continue to apply.

Privacy and service changes

The Privacy Policy explains what is saved and what is sent to the AI provider. Material changes will be reflected in a new policy version. Contact hello@orun.live with product, operator or billing questions.
