Information you provide

Depending on the guide, you may enter a birth date, question, selected topic, dream text and a described feeling. Orun sends those inputs together with the creative motif board and, for a full result, the preview text to OpenAI to generate the result. Do not include information you do not want processed by those providers.

What is stored

Firebase Cloud Firestore stores a random guest identifier, your reading inputs, computed motifs, previews and unlocked results. It also stores included generation balances, checkout records, payment identifiers and payment/refund status. The version and time of your content and purchase acceptance are recorded.

Raw dream text is removed from the saved input after a full result is generated successfully. Before that, including an unpaid preview or failed generation, it remains in the saved reading. Preview and full text may repeat details from the dream and are retained. Birth date, question, selected topic and generated results are not automatically deleted by the current application. No automatic retention expiry or account deletion tool is currently implemented.

Your browser

Local storage holds a guest identifier and access token. These let you return to saved results in the same browser without an account. The experience may also use session storage for in-progress choices. Removing these values can remove your access to purchases. The guide popularity counter stores only guide opening counts by day, not your reading text or a guest identifier.

Providers and purposes

Firebase/Google Cloud provides hosting, storage and server execution; the application's Functions region is us-central1. OpenAI processes prompts to generate text. Dodo Payments is the current checkout integration and receives checkout/product identifiers and a random guest identifier. Birth date, question and dream text are not sent in the application's checkout metadata.

The payment provider may collect billing and payment details directly in its checkout under its own privacy terms. Infrastructure providers can process technical data such as request IP addresses, browser information and operational logs. Fonts and icon resources may be loaded from third-party CDNs. The saved data is used to deliver the service, verify purchases, protect access, troubleshoot and handle support/refund requests.

Access and deletion requests

Contact hello@orun.live to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about international processing. Include the reading identifier or purchase receipt needed to verify your request; do not send card details or your access token. Requests require ownership verification and may need to preserve payment records where applicable obligations require it. Clearing browser storage alone does not delete server records.
